Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Québec, QC. The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and cultivating relationships with travel agency partners. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing exceptional client support, conducting market analysis, and representing AmaWaterways at industry events. The role will also focus on achieving revenue targets, promoting brand values, and identifying opportunities to expand our customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
- Passion for the airline, travel, or hospitality industry and familiarity with its trends is highly desirable
- Fluency in the French language; bilingualism in English and French is an asset
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel for work and attend industry events as required, with schedule flexibility
