We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in Construction to join our growing team. Compensation : Base + Commission

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and market share.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and positioning the company as a leader in construction services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within the construction industry or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies relevant to construction services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans accordingly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
