Prairie Gold Produce Ltd. has been supporting retailers and food service operators by providing them with only the best Alberta-grown potatoes for forty years. Prairie Gold’s fresh pack facility ensures its customers get the freshest potatoes while keeping their environmental footprint small. To meet the global demand for potato products Prairie Gold Produce adopted a unique manufacturing process that turns its potatoes into potato granules for easy shipping and multi-use food purposes.
This refined process allows our international customers to experience the amazing flavour of Alberta-grown potatoes with minimal environmental impact and
flexibility
in its use.
Compensation &
Hours:
$80,000/year + commission (opportunity for increased earning potential)
Benefits package
Travel is expected Hybrid role, but successful candidate must be open to travel to Vauxhall, AB on a weekly/as needed basis
Position Summary:
Identify and target potential clients through various means, across North America and internationally Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads Conduct presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Prairie Gold Produce products Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure
client satisfaction
and loyalty Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions Utilize market knowledge to identify opportunities for business growth.
Work closely with management and facilities to ensure
sales targets
and customer expectations are achieved
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record
in Outside or Territory Sales, with an ability to achieve goals and profitability Excellent negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently Previous experience in identifying and pursuing new opportunities High level or integrity,
respect
and work ethic Well-developed, genuine
communication skills
Exceptional
critical thinking
, mathematical and
analytical skills
Valid license and clean abstract
Ability to
