Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time role based in Brantford, ON. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, negotiating contracts, leading sales presentations, and tracking market trends to inform business strategy. The Business Development Manager will also support effective communication across teams and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales: Proven experience in building client relationships, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, formulate growth strategies, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Communication and Networking: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Organizational and Project Management Skills: Adept at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of elevator and lift systems or related industries is an asset. A willingness to learn is essential.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Other Qualifications: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Suite, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a valid G driver’s license for travel within Ontario.
