We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving revenue and building brand presence across target markets.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts that align with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, outcomes, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh Graduated are preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital channels to support outreach efforts
- Familiarity with customer relationship management principles to foster long-term partnerships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
