Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of enterprise IT projects within a large, complex organization.
This role will play a key part in driving business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business analysis activities across multiple projects
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define business processes and solutions
- Develop current and future state process maps, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Support solution design in collaboration with architects and technical teams
- Create business cases, RFPs, and support vendor evaluation processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions
- Support testing phases, including UAT, and validate results
- Assist with change management, training materials, and user adoption
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Business Analysts
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of Business Analysis experience in large, complex organizations
- Proven experience delivering large-scale system implementations (end-to-end)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in public sector, higher education, or large enterprise environments
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Student Information Systems, Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members
- Exposure to data, integration, or enterprise architecture concepts
