Seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Business Intelligence to support large-scale healthcare transformation and Clinical Information System (CIS) initiatives. The role involves collaborating with clinical, operational, technical, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, support reporting and analytics initiatives, and contribute to the implementation of enterprise healthcare data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, analyze, and validate business and reporting requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state workflows, data sources, and reporting processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives, including KPI/metric definition and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with BI, reporting, and data engineering teams to support data validation and visualization efforts.
- Prepare business requirements documents, traceability matrices, and functional design documentation.
- Coordinate testing activities including test strategy creation, test cases, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and alignment with business expectations.
- Develop executive presentations, status reports, risk summaries, and stakeholder communication materials.
- Support process optimization and standardization initiatives within complex healthcare environments.
Mandatory Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale healthcare or digital transformation initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process analysis.
- Strong experience creating structured business analysis documentation and workflow models.
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder healthcare environments.
- Availability for full-time engagement and occasional travel.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Business Intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
- Experience with Clinical Information Systems (CIS) implementations.
- Expertise facilitating complex workshops and resolving ambiguous business requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with testing methodologies, data validation, and QA processes.
