Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in Capital Markets (Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance) to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for reporting and analytics.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with capital markets systems (e.g., trading platforms, market data feeds, risk systems).
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards for financial services.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and regulatory reporting.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications and database queries.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Support UAT and production deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (SQL, RPA Automation & Power Apps)
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL (queries, joins, data analysis)
- Experience building or supporting applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate preferred)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
