New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to help our client deliver on all core BA services,
Project Management
and
Change Management
. The BA will facilitate meetings in person and/or virtually. The successful candidate will have strong
critical thinking
and
analytical skills
and the ability to mentor and train.
Responsibilities:
Examples of deliverables required are current state and future state process maps, project plans, business
change management
plan, developing presentations for steering committees, preparing business cases, risk and issue log, decision log, statement of work, recommendations paper etc.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Organizational skills:
Demonstrated ability to independently organize and prioritize a high-volume workload to meet deadlines in an environment of change.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate, organize and prioritize work to meet both short and long-term goals and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality work.
Excellent supervisory /
leadership
skills:
Ability to
identify tasks, negotiate and accept responsibilities and coordinate and provide direction to key stakeholders. Excellent

Demonstrated ability to listen, clarify and comprehend information.
