Pay Range: CAD 60-65/hr
• Translating complex business requirements into well defined technical and functional specifications that development and delivery teams can execute against
• Improving operational efficiency through analysis and optimization of business processes, reducing manual effort, rework, and system friction
• Reducing delivery and execution risk by ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business, technology, and compliance expectations
• Accelerating value realization by supporting timely delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs and improve user experience
• Strengthening cross functional collaboration by acting as a trusted partner between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology delivery teams
• Supporting sustainable change through documentation, testing support, and knowledge transfer that enable smooth adoption of new or enhanced systems
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business systems analysis or a related
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
• Experience working in the Financial Services or Financial Technologies industries with a focus on Payments & Compliance Technology
• Data driven mindset, with an ability to analyze transaction data and resolve discrepancies
• End to end systems thinking, understanding upstream and downstream impacts
• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) designation or similar is an asset
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:
• FX Project BSA: Demonstrated experience with field mapping for MuleSoft APIs, multi-system integrations, and translating complex integration requirements for development teams.
• Visa Debit BSA: Demonstrated experience implementing a Visa Debit (or comparable debit card) product at another financial institution, including end-to-end delivery involvement.
• Customer-centric – you define and measure success through the eyes of your internal customers and anticipate, understand and respond to their evolving needs.
• Results-oriented – you have a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in order to conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate appropriate options, and build deliverables all while securing their commitment to these solutions.
• Technology savvy – you have education and/or experience supporting technology development/ implementation efforts.

• A project manager – you can shift from big-picture to detail effortlessly and use your planning & organizational skills to achieve your objectives in a logical sequence.
