Day to Day Insight Global is looking for a Building Systems Technician for a large pharmaceutical company. This person will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems equipment and facilities. The main role expectations will be to maintain and repair building systems equipment including HVAC, boilers, chillers, dust collectors, air compressors and purified water systems. Other responsibilities include compiling and maintaining all information and documentation relevant to all completed work (CMMS, Log Book, change control, update drawings, files etc.)
This individual will also work as part of a team with users, facilities staff, and vendors to evaluate effectiveness of systems in order to make continuous improvements. Preference will be given to those who have previous experience and who are fully licensed, but consideration will be given to those with experience who will be licensed within three months. Please note this is a continental rotating shift and candidates should be prepared to work accordingly.
