Operations Support (On-site, Ottawa location) On behalf of our leading-industry and multinational client, Procom is seeking an Operations Support Professional to join our client’s office team, and support the daily operations of the facility, with a focus on hardware distribution.  This on-site position will help multiple teams in Ottawa, as well as support teams across Canada and globally.

Responsibilities

-Working at the front desk, as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors-Daily building status and reporting of issues-Interface with local IT and Facilities staff as needed

-Communicate needs to stakeholders-Handle associated

shipping and receiving

duties-Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed-Supply PC hardware to individuals and teams-Manage the badge access system for the site-Provide administrative support to the Operations team-Create and maintain reports as required including a weekly

communication

to the site  Required Skills

-Strong

communication

and interpersonal skills

-Strong aptitude for

problem solving

-Detail-oriented self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

-Strong organizational skills with experience in managing inventory

-Post-secondary

education

-Building management and ordering/shipping/receiving experience

Windows PC/Operating System
