Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects or repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial electrical systems, including logic controllers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various types of machinery.
- Experience with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
