Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers about different strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
