Budtender Jobs in Uxbridge at Buzzed Buds Cannabis
We are looking for passionate and experienced budtenders to join the team in Uxbridge!
Your roles and responsibilities as a Budtender would include but are not limited to:
- Processing transactions
- Facilitating genuine interactions with customers
- Collecting Hive Member information
- Helping customers choose products that best suit their needs
- Ongoing product knowledge
- Helping customers learn to make educated and confident purchasing decisions
- Maintaining a clean work environment at all times
- Preparing orders and ensuring order accuracy
- Complying by all AGCO regulations
- Standing for long periods of time
- Acting as an age gate, ensuring all customers are 19+
- Exhibiting teamwork and collaboration with fellow budtenders
- Occasionally delivering cannabis products to customers
- Occasionally opening and closing the retail store
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Assisting with incoming orders including lifting boxes up to 50lb
- Supporting management staff with delegated tasks
- Ensuring consistent and cohesive visual merchandising and store organization
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers over the phone
- Actively participate in all company initiatives
$17.60 + Tips
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
