The Madison Double R is a high-end, luxury fishing lodge on the Madison River south of Ennis, MT. We are now seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as a full time line cooks for the Summer 2026 season. As such, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks in our culinary department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food and customer service to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment. Not to mention working and living in some of the most beautiful terrain in the Rockies. Duties:
– Assist with food preparation and cooking alongside the other chefs
– Help with menu planning and ensure that meals are prepared according to dietary guidelines
– Assist with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures ensuring the safety of our guests
– Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
– Provide excellent customer service to residents or customers
Requirements:
– Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
– Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
