JobPurpose:
Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing, the Brand Manager is responsible and accountable for the marketing strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive business objectives. In this role, the individual will work closely with internal and external business partners to define marketing objectives and translate these objectives into
impactful
marketing programs / campaigns that deepen Rexall’s connection with the consumer / patients.
What will you be doing:
Develop and lead the development of the annual marketing strategy, plan and budget for corresponding business units.
Work with collaboratively with business unit leads to understand business priorities & objectives and translate into marketing a key marketing business partner who monitors competitive activity to proactively provide marketing support and improvement of plans, ideas and processes that contribute to the brand/business success.
Accountable to the Business and functional areas to deliver high quality marketing programs and to ensure the coordinated marketing execution delivers on clear business objectives by:
Building comprehensive marketing briefs that incorporates strategy, objectives, creative territories, in-scope / out-of-scope areas, ideal channels & total budget
Ensuring business partner alignment with the brief, including any external vendor partners
Leading internal team meetings to define marketing program, objectives and desired results
Brief & work closely with internal teams with requirements:
Digital, In-store, Flyer, Media, PR, Regulatory, Legal etc.
Being the point person and leading briefings of all required external agency partners
Providing end-to-end program overviews, progress updates, reviews and approvals as required – define who needs to review / approve and when Conducting ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness, post-mortem analyses, identify opportunities for improvement to be incorporated into future programs.

Brand Ambassador
who is passionately engaged and understands B2B & B2C marketing5+ years of relevant work experience in branding, advertising or marketing
Experience in Retail, Retail Pharmacy, Pharma or Healthcare or regulatory marketing would be an asset
