Job Description
Cape Breton Pest Control is looking for a strong, hands-on Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations and continue growing a well-established pest control operation serving Cape Breton.
This role is responsible for overseeing staff, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch
- Manage revenue, expenses, and overall profitability
- Lead, coach, and support a team
- Ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle customer issues and relationships
- Monitor scheduling and routing
- Support sales and growth
- Conduct training and reviews
- Ensure safety and compliance
- Manage vehicles, equipment, inventory
Requirements
- Experience managing a service-based business or team
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Budgeting and cost control knowledge
- Strong organization and communication
- Valid driver’s licence
Pest control experience is an asset but not required.
