Summary of Position
Under supervision, the candidate will operate bottling line equipment in a safe and productive manner to ensure that all packaging specifications and quality standards are met.
- Full-time, 40-hr/week, exempt position
- Work location: 575 W Third St, Lansdale, PA 19446
- Position contingent upon signing of NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and non-compete agreement for protection of Boardroom Spirits Intellectual Property (IP)
- Flexible working hours available, the hours must be agreed with distillery management in advance
- Skillsets that reflect an ability to assist with repairs and general machine maintenance is a must
- Paid holidays
- Must be 21 or older
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Operate bottling equipment (bottle rinser, filling machine, capsule machine, corker, labeler etc.) including loading correct packaging materials into the machinery and offloading finished product for packaging.
- Identify and correct current and potential problems with line equipment and communicates to the appropriate person.
- Assist in various stages of the bottling process including setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery.
- Coordinate with other staff to optimize production processes.
- Assist with regular inventory counts.
- Assist with production reporting and/or quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company protocols and operational procedures
- Handle materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
