Drive performance in paint spray-booth operations as a Total Booth Technician. Monitor air balance, chemical systems, and compliance while collaborating with multi-functional teams.
In this role, you’ll interact directly with maintenance and production teams to address and resolve operational quality issues. Responsibilities encompass rigorous testing of chemical systems and thorough analysis of environmental factors. Your expertise will support continuous improvement initiatives in painting quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot process and facility-related quality concerns
• Conduct daily analytical testing and reporting
• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance checks
• Collect environmental data, including airflow and temperature
• Oversee paint facility cleanliness and impact on quality
Requirements:
• Proven self-motivation and strong work ethic
• Flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends
• Proficient with air handling systems and chemistry tools
• Experience in Tier 2 Manufacturing Paint beneficial
• Ability to lift and maneuver in challenging conditions
