Bookkeeper
We require an exceptionally talented, skilled and organized individual to perform the day-to-day bookkeeping and the financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and cash flow as the Full Charge Bookkeeper.

Qualifications:
Bookkeeping experience: 5+ years (Required)
Quick Books experience: 3 years (Required)
Excellent with Microsoft Word, Excel
Job Description:
Responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping
Prepare journal entries and posting entries in the QuickBooks
Bank, credit card, and accounting reconciliation
Creating and filing of HST returns
Maintain and control A/P in a timely fashion
Maintain and control A/R to ensure cash flow
Reconcile accounts
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Develop budgets and track expenses/variances
Weekly/monthly cash flow reports
Analyze general ledger – make correcting entries as needed
Generating trial balance & financial statements with accompanying schedules
Other duties as assigned
Skills:
Must be diligent & detail-oriented
Ability to work very autonomously
Appropriate time management skills and ability to multitask
Deadline oriented with a high level of accuracy
