We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Seeking an energetic bookkeeper who likes to juggle a variety of tasks and would thrive in our fast-paced environment!

The responsibilities include full cycle accounting namely:
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Issuing invoices and recording receipts
Bill payment processing
Payroll processing
HST filing
Month end reconciliations
Responding to client queries
Experience we are looking for:
College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
1+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online
Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary)
An open mind to trying out new technology.
Our company is a team of thirty Bookkeepers and Accountants who work cohesively to provide small and medium sized businesses with amazing back end financial support. Numbercrunch supports employees with a fun and relaxed hybrid working environment, regular social events, work-life balance, and a team of supportive colleagues. This job requires you to come into our lovelyKanata office four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)and onFridays you get to work from home!Our working hours are 9-5 (no overtime is expected!)
