Bookings Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible Candidate to perform bookings processing along with variety of administrative/clerical tasks and clients communication. Duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities as well as data entry. If performed well leading the team of four.
Responsibilities
Work with bookings and databases
Answer and direct phone calls, coordinate schedule and client visits
Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports
Maintain a filing system as per management requirements
Perform regular data entry
Provide general support to visitors
Work with clients, entry level customer care
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements
Should be available for training
Proven experience as a Booking agent and/or Administrative Assistant with reservation duties, call center agent, dispatcher
Databases data entry and data management experience
Excellent proven knowledge of mathematics
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full time
Shifts : Shift including weekends
Salary: Starting $17.00
