Boiler Service Technician Jobs in Coolidge, GA at Steamsmith Equipment
We are seeking a motivated Boiler Service Technician to join our team. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning industrial boiler systems and associated equipment at customer facilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on boilers, burners, and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot steam and hot water boiler systems.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, combustion, and control system issues.
Perform burner tuning and combustion analysis.
Repair or replace valves, pumps, controls, actuators, regulators, and instrumentation.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
Assist with boiler startups, shutdowns, and commissioning.
Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures.
Participate in occasional after-hours and emergency service calls.
Bonus Skills
Combustion tuning experience
HART communicator experience
Instrument calibration experience
Welding or pipefitting experience
