SUMMARY:
Assists in maintaining office needs & production, providing excellent customer service at front counter, assists with smooth flow of paperwork through the shop, and is responsible for assisting office production employees with their work.
Assists in collection of payment from the customer and the insurance companies as needed. Help keep the AR to 60 days or less.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Meets and greets customers when they enter department, answers phones, along with other general office duties.
Assist with scheduling customers
Assists with check in process
Will mirror estimates within the CCC estimating system when requested.
Verify where payments are coming from and have proof if it comes from insurance.
Assists in delivery of completed vehicles
Keeps work area neat and clean.
Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
Maintains housekeeping and organization of personal & office work area.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
