Auto Collision Body Shop Manager / Estimator
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Collision Manager / Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in collision repair estimating and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Experience with CCC software is required, along with the ability to meet and exceed state certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the repair process
- Oversee daily operations to ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule
- Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and industry events
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and properly
- Address safety concerns promptly and maintain a safe work environment
- Mentor and support body shop team members
- Lead by example and promote a positive, productive workplace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on collision repair and customer service
- Proficiency in CCC estimating software
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state certifications
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $78,000, based on experience and performance
