Small family owned printing company looking for a reliable, hands-on Bindery & Print Production Operator to join our team. You’ll work across bindery, digital print production, and shipping — no two days are exactly the same. What You’ll Do
- Program and operate a guillotine cutter
- Set up and run folding, scoring, and die cutting equipment
- Padding, drilling, round cornering, wrapping and other print finishing processes
- Quality control — you catch mistakes before they leave the floor
- Prepare and process shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
- Keep your work area organized and production flowing
- Pitch in wherever the team needs you
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with bindery equipment (cutter experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to measure accurately using a ruler and read job specs
- Solid computer skills — comfortable working with job tickets and basic software
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
- Dependable — the team counts on you showing up and following through
- Positive attitude and a willingness to keep learning
- Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
