Bin Washer & Bin Repair Functions
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
Ability to use a pressure washer through each day, consistently repair bins and conform to the company’s expectations as described in the bin repair protocol
Ability to work independently and safely with minimal supervision and maintain output requirements
Demonstrate consistent reliability
Ware required PPE, exhibit good attention to detail, perform safe lifting of heavy objects
Apple Packer Functions:
Must be available to work night shifts.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized packline environment with a strong work ethic to get the job done efficiently and safely
Ability to work as part of a team to pack, handle, and sort fruit (primarily apples)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to take directions from supervisors
Ability to maintain food safety standards – safety shoes, hairnets/snoods, jackets, and no piercings or jewelry
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a variety of different climates
Consistent, reliable, and reliable transportation
