Associates will have the opportunity to work 100% remote after a 3-6 month probationary period working in the office.
FUNCTIONS
- Patient contact through automated dialer system
- Maintain appropriate daily call volumes and meeting collection goals on a monthly basis while properly documenting account activity
- Analyze patient accounts and bringing to completion as soon as possible to lower client accounts receivables
- Requires the ability to negotiate account resolution through firm but professional talk-offs with patients in accordance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines and company requirements
- Responsible for Spanish speaking patient contacts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong data entry skills and experience working within Windows and web-based applications
- Communication, organizational and prioritization skills
- Effectively interact with peers and other department personnel to make a positive impact
- Utilization of active listening skills and develop a rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently
- Strict adherence to company’s Business Conduct Statement and Code of Ethics maintaining the highest level of workplace behavior
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office software a plus.
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment criminal background search
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Predictive Dialer operations helpful
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and fast paced environment
- Excellent people skills with strong leadership skills
- Minimum typing speed – 40 wpm
- Ability to analyze internal processes and results
- Familiarity with FDCPA regulations and enforcing compliance helpful
- Organized and detail oriented
