This position requires analyzing corporate holdings, searching various information systems, and advising clients on archival inquiries when traditional methods fall short.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research corporate data for compliance and relevance

• Interpret significance of documents against destruction criteria

• Conduct detailed searches in Corporate Systems for valuable information

• Identify and remedy shortcomings in information classification

• Assist clients in finding historical information effectively

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with one year experience or equivalent

• Two years providing client guidance in information management

• Experience with records management applications

• Knowledge of quality assurance for document preservation

• Bilingual (BBB/BBB) language proficiency required
