The Role
We are looking for a licensed, bilingual insurance professional who is driven, people-focused, and ready to make an impact. You will help new and existing clients across auto, home, and life insurance — building relationships, educating customers, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, quote, and sell auto, home, and life insurance policies
- Conduct needs-based consultations with new and existing clients
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewal opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service in English and Spanish
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive agency culture
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) License or Personal Lines license
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — required
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a team-player mindset
- Comfortable with technology and agency software
Nice to Have
- Allstate or captive agency experience
- Life & Health license
- Experience serving the Inland Empire / Spanish-speaking community
- Active social media presence or comfort with digital outreach
