Ottawa (Downtown), Montreal (alternatively) – 100% on-site Salary: $80,000 – $95,000) with up to $2500 variable bonus Vacation: 3 weeks starting, Sick days, 100% coverage Benefits Reporting to:

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BI Analyst to join our reputable client in the Real Estate and Property Management industry. This position is 100% on-site in Ottawa (or Montreal) and offers an

exciting

opportunity to contribute to the organization’s growth by leveraging data analytics and business intelligence techniques.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements. Utilize Data Analytics expertise to analyze and interpret complex data sets, deriving actionable insights. Develop and maintain BI solutions using various tools, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility. Implement and optimize DOMAL (Data, Object, Model, Access, Logic) framework, facilitating efficient data management and governance. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and findings.

Contribute to the development of data engineering solutions using Python and SQL, enhancing data processing capabilities. Drive the transition to cloud-based solutions, leveraging experience with data lakes and cloud platforms (mandatory for intermediate level, junior flexible). Actively participate in

team collaboration

and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of

continuous improvement

Qualifications:

2-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, with strong Business Analyst

communication skills

. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data engineering considered an asset Proven experience in Business Intelligence (BI) with proficiency in any BI tool. Familiarity with DOMAL framework and willingness to learn and implement.

Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data lake architectures preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Nature of the

to deploying DOMAL and driving business intelligence initiatives.
