Beverage Line Packer – Day & Afternoon Shift Jobs in Airdrie at Bevmax Inc
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
– Packaging cold or hot cans into 4 pack, 12 pack, 24 pack & many other configurations of boxes and trays
– Put packaged goods through a shrink wrapping machine
– Stack 10 – 20 pound boxes & trays onto wooden pallets
– Working on your feet all day in a busy & loud manufacturing environment
– Moving 40 – 80 pound wooden pallets
– Quality Control: ensuring beverages, packaging goods, etc. are up to standards
– Strong personal hygiene and cleanliness
SKILLS DESIRED
– Able to lift 60 pound object with ease
– Responsible and dependable
– Punctual
– Willingness to learn
– Excellent team player as well as ability to work independently
– Upbeat, optimistic, friendly and authentic
– Ability and willingness to accept feedback constructively
– Have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle to get to and from work
– Strong personal hygiene required
– Must be willing to wear steel-toed shoes, hairnet, beard net (if applicable)
– Jewelry, watches, Nail Polish/Fake Nails, Eyelash extensions, etc. are NOT permitted
– This is a highly physical position – physical fitness is an asset
