At Providence Care, the Behaviour Technologist will carry out comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in alignment with a multi-disciplinary team. With at least three years of experience in behavioral programs, you will also lead educational initiatives for staff and families, ensuring best practices are implemented and integrated into care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies
• Monitor evaluation processes sensitive to clients’ diverse needs
• Provide education and leadership to interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure accurate documentation following organizational policies
• Facilitate data collection and advocate for necessary resources
Requirements:
• Diploma in Behavioral Science or Bachelor in Applied Arts Degree
• Minimum three years in behavioral program development
• Experience with behavioral therapy for complex adult cases
• Background in group facilitation and staff training
• Awareness of community agencies an asset
