Great tasting beer means that your favorite bar is cleaning the beer lines regularly. As a Draft Technician, you’ll be learning the trade of maintaining draft equipment in bars, restaurants, and offices. On a daily basis, you’ll encounter customers that come from a variety of different backgrounds and working on a variety of different systems. Problem solving, teamwork, time management, a positive attitude, and effective communication are qualities that describe who you are.
What will you do?
Job shadow for the first 4 weeks to learn how to become a service technician.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on a range of draft beer systems.
Check and maintain cooling decks, inspect motor and pump conditions, and thermostat operations.
Organize repairs when needed, keeping clear records of the work completed.
Perform regular maintenance and emergency calls.
Look for and fix leaks on a variety of systems.
The ideal candidate will be :
Someone who thrives on delighting customers with high-quality service work.
Have a strong commitment to the safety of both yourself and our customers.
Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lb. without assistance.
Mechanically minded and someone who loves solving a puzzle.
Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
No experience is necessary, on job training will be provided.
