BCBA / BCaBA – In-Home ABA Services – Chicagoland
There are FOUR positions for four IN-HOME Chicagoland areas:
1. Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, Palatine
2. Northside of City of Chicago
3. Joliet, Aurora, Woodridge, Naperville
4. Crystal Lake, Barrington
Part Time: $60-75 per hour
Full Time: $75-100K per year

Job Description:
· Deliver authorized ABA services in accordance with insurance requirements, clinical recommendations, and best-practice standards
· Collaborate with parents, educators, and other service providers to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care
· Conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs), analyze clinical data, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children with ASD
· Maintain most clinical services through in-person delivery (minimum 80% of caseload), while utilizing telehealth when clinically appropriate and authorized
· Provide direct and indirect RBT supervision and maintain accurate supervision documentation
· Participate in required trainings and professional development activities to maintain competency and support program needs
· Maintain regular and professional communication with parents and caregivers regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
· Work collaboratively with Lead RBTs and administrative staff to ensure ethical, effective, efficient, and clinically meaningful ABA service delivery
· Russian, Ukrainian or Polish language is preferred but not required
· Dedicated administrative support is available for scheduling, authorizations, and client onboarding
Position Requirements:
· Must be either BCBA or BCaBA (others will be automatically disqualified)
· Maintain active BACB certification in USA. Active Illinois LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) or eligibility to obtain licensure upon hire
· Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
