Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender/Server to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, efficient under pressure, and skilled in both food service and bartending. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. — Key Responsibilities * Provide friendly, professional, and efficient table and bar service * Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards * Check identification to ensure compliance with Ontario liquor laws * Handle cash, POS transactions, and bills accurately * Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas * Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties * Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service * Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed — Requirements & Qualifications * Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a high-volume environment * Smart Serve Certification (required in Ontario) * Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays — Preferred Skills * Experience with POS systems * Wine and cocktail knowledge or certifications an asset * Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude — Working Conditions * Fast-paced, high-energy environment * Standing and walking for extended periods * Lifting trays and bar supplies (up to ~25 lbs) ,
