Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This position requires a strong knowledge of bartending techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: – Greet customers and take their drink orders – Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and company standards – Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area – Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently – Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations – Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking – Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Experience: – Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred – Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology – Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner – Proficient in cash handling procedures – Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations – Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively – Strong time management skills to ensure timely service – Basic math skills for accurately calculating orders and handling payments Join our team of dedicated professionals in the hospitality industry!
