Responsibilities:

– Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
– Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
– Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
– Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred
– Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
– Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
– Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Strong time management skills to ensure timely service
– Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
