Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
– Greet customers and take their orders promptly
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
– Upsell additional drinks or menu items as appropriate
– Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
– Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
