Primary Focus: Work the wood, ruffle some feathers and build your own cluckin’ following
Responsibilities:
Mix up some damn delicious cocktails
Get to know your guests…..yes you have to actually talk with them
Promote weekly features, because they are awesome
Have a cluckin’ good time
Demonstrate all aspects of our WIT service program
Participate in all incentive promotions and programs…..and kick ass well doing so
Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
Assist fellow flock members when needed
Follow all systems in place
Complete regular opening and closing duties
Skills required:
Smart Serve Certification
Previous serving and/or bartending experience required
Outgoing and confident personality
Flexible availability to work days, nights and weekends
Quick, efficient, hardworking
Professional well-groomed appearance
