Position Description

Reporting to the Store Manager and above, the Barista/Human Resources Assistant is placed within a specific RFBT region, which encompasses a multitude of stores. They will be responsible for working in the store as a Cashier/Barista, recruiting frontline Cashier/Barista partners by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding successful candidates. They will be in constant communication with the Regional Manager to identify which stores have staff shortage and coordinate recruitment activities accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities

During training period, 80-100% of workload will be preforming in the store as a Cashier/Barista
Must provide 6 days of open availability and be available to work weekends/holidays
Provide exceptional customer service; Identifies customer issues and/or complaints and handles them in a professional manner
Prepares every drink in accordance with Real Fruit’s drinks formula and preparation techniques. Tastes all drinks to ensure that they meet Real Fruit’s high-quality standards
Performs daily opening/closing procedures in accordance with Real Fruit’s standards
Maintains the cleanliness of the store
Develop a recruitment plan for all stores under your region.
Assess and screen incoming resumes from recruitment sites (e.g. Indeed) to identify potential candidates suitable for the position.
Conduct in-person or phone interviews and ask appropriate questions to determine suitability.
Prepare and send all hiring paperwork and information packets to new employees and coordinate with other departmental staff to register them.
Handle the onboarding process of new RFBT partners.
Communicate and coordinate with the Regional Manager to determine staffing needs for different store locations.

Expectation of Successful Candidate

· 1+ years of working experiences within the food industry

· Language proficiency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills

· Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate strong communication

· High level of organizational capabilities

· Ability to implement RFBT’s policies and procedures effectively

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
