Barista Wanted – The Sour (New Location!)
The Sour is expanding, and we’re looking for a friendly, hardworking barista to help us open our second location! If you love coffee, baked goods, and creating a great experience for customers, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages with care and consistency
- Assist with serving fresh pastries and bakery items
- Keep the café clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Help open and/or close the shop as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation is required, as this position is for our new location and may involve varying shift times, including early mornings and weekends
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends/holidays
