Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tearista to join our team at Kung Fu Tea. As a Tearista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our customers by preparing and serving our signature bubble teas with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages according to Kung Fu Tea’s standards.
Engage with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
Execute the preparation and cooking of toppings during morning operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, including the drink preparation area, equipment, and storage areas.
Restock inventory and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are readily available for use.
Handle cash transactions and operate the register efficiently.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a bubble tea or similar food and beverage establishment is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous, as it facilitates effective communication with customers and team members.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Interview Process: The initial job interview will consist of a 3-hour training session designed to evaluate key skills necessary for success in this role. During this session, candidates will be assessed on their ability to:
Memorize drink menus and recipes.
Navigate and utilize the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
Demonstrate friendliness and professionalism in customer interactions.
