Full job description
Spring Creek is looking for a Barista & Café Attendant to join our expanding business. The Barista & Café Attendant provides excellent customer service as they prepare and serve specialty beverages and food items.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting, preparing specialty drinks and food orders.
This role requires someone who has an out-going personality, can communicate effectively with customers, and understands the importance of great customer service and building a relationship with customers.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be available and willing to work a variety of early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
DUTIES
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Warmly greet customers to The Cafe.
Prepare and serve specialty beverages and food items while adhering to all health and safety requirements and procedures.
Engage in conversation with customers and answer questions regarding the food and beverage menu.
Operate the POS system to process transactions.
Ensure the overall cleanliness of the equipment, and cafe; this includes following the closing procedures for the day.
Deal with and resolve customer concerns in a timely, respectful, and appropriate manner.
