“`Duties“`
– Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
– Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
– Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
– Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company’s standards and recipes
Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure a smooth operation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar and seating areas
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines
Assist in other areas of operations when required, such as cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning

– Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
– Experience with cashiering and handling transactions accurately
– Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain food safety standards
– Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Cash handling skills to manage cash register transactions
– Effective time management skills to ensure efficient service
– Experience in the food service industry is preferred
