Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages.
Duties:
– Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
– Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
– Take customer orders and process payments accurately using a POS system
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Follow food safety procedures and guidelines
– Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
– Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
– Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during busy hours
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred
– Proficiency in basic math for cash handling transactions
– Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and beverage preparation
– Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively
– Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
– Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Day shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
