Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with hair styling and retail selections, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting daily salon operations. Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively
- Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to salon standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and common areas in compliance with health regulations
- Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client experience and salon sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the salon team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a positive client experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during salon hours, including weekends if necessary
- A genuine interest in beauty services and helping clients achieve their desired look
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$37.01 per hour
