You will manage various complex files, liaising seamlessly with stakeholders while preparing and reviewing crucial documentation. Your organizational skills will be key in ensuring timely transaction completions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist lawyers with secured financing transactions from start to finish
• Review and prepare loan documentation and security agreements
• Conduct due diligence searches and analyze relevant data
• Register and manage security interests through applicable registries
• Prepare closing documentation and maintain transaction records
Requirements:
• Completion of recognized Paralegal program or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in banking or secured lending
• Strong understanding of PPSA registrations and corporate due diligence
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document systems
