Duties and Responsibilities
– Prepare dough for bagels according to our recipes.
– Operate bakery machinery and equipment.
– Operate a large wood-fired oven.
– Ensure quality of products meets OKO Bagels standards.
– Plan the production to determine type and quantity of bagels to produce.
– Adhere to health and safety rules.
– Clean and organize the work station.
